Showroom pickup (available only in Baia Mare):
- If you choose to pick up your products from the showroom, we will notify you by email or SMS when they arrive at the showroom so you can come pick them up. Once they arrive, the products are kept in the showroom for 10 business days.
- Delivery to the showroom is free.
- If you have already paid for your order before you come to pick it up (with a payment order), please have your ID with you so that we can hand over the products to you.
Delivery Romania
- The ordered products are delivered via FANCourier anywhere in Romania, the package arriving at its destination in 24 – 48 hours (1 – 2 business days).
- The sending of the order will be confirmed by e-mail, in which you will receive an AWB number to be able to track the delivery process.
- The products are in the original, sealed packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport, until delivery.
- Orders with a total value greater than 3000 RON (VAT included) benefit from free delivery. If the order value is less than 3000 lei, the delivery cost depends on the Kg and the chosen courier.
- In case of order cancellation or Return through Extra Warranty, the shipping cost is not canceled.
